§02 Plan Details

What's in each plan.

Care $100/mo

The keep-it-running essentials. Everything needed to keep your site online, secure, and current — without the hands-on support time.

Hosting + standard paid tools. Premium hosting and the standard stack that runs your site — page builder, premium plugins, transactional email, image CDN, and comparable infrastructure — all on my accounts, all covered.
Monitoring. Security monitoring, performance scans, and uptime notifications. If something breaks, slows down, or goes offline, I catch it.
Backups. Reliable monthly recoverability. The exact process depends on the platform, but the goal's the same — your site can always be restored.
Updates. Software, certificates, plugins, tools, and connected services. The moving parts that keep the site operational, kept current.
Monthly reporting + analytics. Performance review, traffic insight, and tracking support so you actually know how the site's doing.

The Standard Stack

While you're on an active plan, I cover the cost of the standard tools your site runs on, on my accounts:

Hosting
Elementor Pro and other premium WordPress plugins
Akismet
Resend (transactional email)
Cloudinary (image CDN)
Lovable (where applicable)
Comparable infrastructure

That's the whole point — flat fee, tech handled.

Your cost, regardless of plan

Specialty Paid Tools

Some sites need industry-specific paid tools outside my standard stack. These are passed through to you at cost or set up on your accounts from day one. Examples:

Point-of-sale systems (e.g., Lightspeed POS)
Industry-specific booking or scheduling platforms
Specialty CRMs or marketing automation tools
Advanced ecommerce add-ons
Anything genuinely "for your industry" rather than general web infrastructure

I'll flag any specialty tool at kickoff and confirm the cost with you before adding it to the build. You'll always know what's standard and what's specialty before we start.

§04 Fine Print

The fine print. No surprises.

Extra time

Anything beyond your plan's included hour (Pro and Growth) is billed at $90/hour, with your approval before any hours are logged. New scope — extra pages, new integrations, new features — gets a quick written change order first.

Cancellation

Maintenance is month-to-month and requires 30 days' written notice to cancel. No refunds for partial months.

When maintenance ends

If you go off maintenance — cancel, non-renewal, or non-payment — you'll need to set up and pay for all the accounts and tools required to run your site independently. Depending on how it was built, that may include hosting, domain or DNS, WordPress admin, Elementor, paid plugin licenses, Lovable, Resend, analytics, form tools, or other connected services.

WordPress sites: you'll need your own hosting, Elementor license, and paid plugin licenses.
Lovable sites: you'll need your own Lovable account before transfer can complete.

You get a 30-day migration window and one (1) hour of migration help at no charge. After that window, anything still running on my accounts may be disconnected, and any site or service relying on those tools will go offline. Any further migration, transfer, export, reconnection, or setup work is billed separately at $90/hour.

Payments

Handled through Wave on a recurring monthly date. Late balances accrue a 1.5% monthly service charge.
