Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

This policy covers cfgroove.com and the tools run by CFGROOVE LLC ("CFGroove," "I," "me"), a one-person web design studio in Denton, Texas. Short version: I only collect what I need to do the work, I don't sell your data, and you can ask me to delete it anytime. The rules for using this site are in the Terms of Service.

What I collect

  • Contact forms and site check: your name, email, website, and whatever you write in the message. Used only to reply to you and send what you asked for.
  • Booking a call: Cal.com handles scheduling and collects your name and email.
  • Analytics: I use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect personal information. It just tells me things like page views and where visitors came from.
  • Email: if you email me, the conversation stays in my business email (Google Workspace).
  • Cookies: this site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies.

What I don't do

  • I don't sell, rent, or trade your information.
  • I don't use your information to build advertising profiles.
  • I don't share it with anyone except the service providers listed above, and only so they can do their job.

Who else touches your data

A few services help run this site:

  • Resend delivers contact form emails to me
  • Cal.com handles call booking
  • Plausible counts visits, without cookies
  • Cloudinary and Google Fonts serve images and fonts, which means your browser connects to them to load the page

That's the whole list. I don't share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Google user data (Google Ads API)

CFGroove runs an internal tool, "CFGroove Ads Automation," that connects to Google Ads through Google's official API. It's used only by CFGroove to manage Google Ads accounts that CFGroove is authorized to manage for its clients.

  • What it accesses: Google Ads account data such as campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, budgets, search terms, conversions, and performance reports.
  • How it's used: only to audit, report on, and manage those ad accounts at the account owner's request.
  • What it never does: it doesn't sell Google user data, use it for advertising profiles, or share it with third parties.
  • Storage: access tokens are stored securely on CFGroove's own systems only. You can revoke access anytime at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

CFGroove's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

Client websites

If I build or host your website, any data your site's visitors submit belongs to you. I only access it to keep your site running and to help you with it.

How long I keep things

I keep emails and form messages as long as they're useful for our work together, then delete them. Ask and I'll delete your info sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, fix, or delete any information I have about you. Email chase@cfgroove.com and I'll handle it, usually within a few days.

Kids

This site isn't meant for anyone under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top.
