Once we agree on scope and you sign off, I get moving. You'll see your homepage design in 5 to 7 business days. Two revision rounds on the homepage design are included, one per extra page. A revision is a new design direction. Swapping photos or tweaking copy doesn't count against it.

Design approved, I build out the rest, test everything on phones and desktops, and get you live. Most sites launch about 2 months from kickoff.

After launch I'm not gone. Most clients stay on a care plan. You send me what needs changing, and it's usually done within 24 hours, often within the hour.
