Spinal Decompression & Chiropractic Center
Chiropractic clinic. Denton, TX
100 real patient leads from Google Ads since April.
25 years of trust. A website that didn't show it.
Dr. Vince Baugher has been helping Denton patients get out of pain for over 25 years. His website didn't show it. It was a stock chiropractic template that looked like a hundred other clinics, and on phones it turned into a grid of app icons.
Under the hood it was worse. Spammers had slipped fake pharmacy pages onto the site. And the Google Ads reports showed big numbers that didn't match the people walking through the door.
- A stock template that didn't feel like the practice
- An app-style mobile site from another era
- Hacked spam pages hiding on the domain
- Ad numbers nobody could tie to real patients
“I've been skeptical in the past of high-number attributions that seemed to not correlate at all with live human beings coming in.”
Dr. Vince Baugher, Owner
Built for people in pain. Measured in real patients.
We rebuilt the site from the ground up and launched it on February 27, 2026. A month later, we rebuilt the Google Ads too.
The site
- A calm, modern design with lots of white space, so someone in pain isn't overwhelmed
- “Free Consult” and tap-to-call buttons on every screen
- Online new patient booking and digital intake forms
- Pages for spinal decompression, shockwave and the conditions they treat
- Google reviews front and center
- Every old URL redirected and the hacked spam pages cleared out
The ads
- New Search campaigns built around the symptoms people actually Google, with 40+ keywords each
- Targeted to the clinic's real patient area: north of Lake Lewisville up to Sanger, Krum to Pilot Point
- Only real actions count as wins: ad calls and booked appointments
- Budget moved to the best performer: spinal decompression
- Negative keywords so we stopped paying for searches for other Denton clinics
- Missed-call reports that helped the front desk answer more ad calls (66% to 84%)
The new ads went live March 31, 2026. In June, Dr. B paused them to try a print campaign. Nine days later he asked to turn them back on.
The numbers since launch.
Sources: Google Ads and auction insights (Apr 1 to Oct 11, 2026), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and the practice's own case audit. No patient information appears on this page.
Same practice. A first impression that finally fits.

BeforeAfterIn Dr. B's own words.
Overall, the site is BEAUTIFUL! Very professional and easy to read and navigate and attractive to interact with, with lots of white space so it doesn't feel overwhelming.
My mentor has coached hundreds if not thousands of chiropractors over his years, and he LOVES our new website.
Hey, can we go ahead and put the Google Ads back up? Seems to be a good ROI.
So this counts as an effective campaign.
What went into the record.
- Website redesign and build
- Online new patient booking and digital intake forms
- 301 redirects from every old URL
- Hacked spam page cleanup
- Google Ads strategy and management (Apr 2026 to now)
- Call and booking conversion tracking
- Monthly ads and website reports
- Hosting and ongoing care
